


_____________Local Youth Takes the Stage on Green Issues
CORONA, Calif., – January 8, 2008 – In an effort to combat the current crisis surrounding the planet’s resources, children and teens from the Christian Arts and Theatre (CAT) will be performing a series of environmentally-themed skits specifically created for the award-winning sustainable community of Dos Lagos, in Corona, Calif.
“We are thrilled and honored that CAT has developed this one-of-a-kind educational program for Dos Lagos,” said Ali Sahabi, CEO of SE Corporation and developer of Dos Lagos. “The informative performances will help increase the understanding about important environmental issues that affect the world as a whole.”
Free and open to the public, the 40-minute skits are part of a bi-monthly program to educate the community on critical environmental dilemmas. The first theatrical performance, Stompin’ Out the Trash, begins on January 26, 2008 and will shed light on the important principle of “reduce, reuse and recycle.” The focus of the following performances, “Splish Splash” and “Wonderful World” are about water and energy conservation.
Theatre Performance Schedules:
40 minute performances will be held at 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on the following dates:

The theatrical performances, sponsored by SE Corporation, the Green Institute for Village Empowerment (GIVE), The Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos and the City of Corona, use musical comedy to educate the community on important environmental principals and sustainability.
